The industrial building will be dedicated to maintenance. The Freeport Commerce Center is just north of Buckeye Road and west of 51st Avenue. It also abuts the Union Pacific and Southern Pacific railroad line and about two miles south of Interstate 10 and four miles west of Interstate 17.
Phoenix-based Irwin Pasternack Properties is the property owner. The Phoenix office of Grubb & Ellis Co., with brokers Marc Hertzberg, Tony Lydon, and Bruce Calfee, represented the building owner. Grubb & Ellis' Greg Dodge handled lease negotiations for the tenant.
