Just feet away, SummerHill Homes will construct a 95-unit housing community called Georgetown. The homes will average about 1,600-sf and may be completed as soon as next spring.
At a neighboring property, The Castle Group is planning a 400-unit housing community, called Plant #51, which is scheduled to break ground next month. The Castle Group is also planning another San Jose housing project nearby, at the Tamien light rail station.
