Construction on the $45 million structure, being built at a development cost of $199 per sf, is set for December 2002. HOK's Tampa, FL and Atlanta offices are working with Elliott Marshall on the project which is scheduled for completion in summer 2004.
The fee to HOK and Elliott Marshall wasn't disclosed. Elisabeth Bernitt of HOK Florida will lead the design team. David Hronek of HOK Atlanta will head up laboratory design.
