Brooklyn resident Hancock specializes in the Long Island market. Prior to his tenure with Futterman, he was a sales associate with LVTM Tax management. A graduate of San Francisco State University, Hancock served with the US Marine Corps from 1992 to 1994.
Pena has retail real estate experience in Brooklyn, the Bronx, Queens and northern New Jersey. Prior to joining Insignia, he held several positions with the Grand Hyatt Hotel at Grand Central Station. He is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University.
