Menke will be the "point person for all Opus' downtown Minneapolis development activities," says Tim Murnane, vice president and general manager of real estate for the Minneapolis region for Opus Northwest.

Menke leads Opus' development team on the 355,000-sf U.S. Bank facility in St. Paul. Other developments he has been involved in include Crescent Ridge center, a 39-acre, 550,000-sf two building office campus in Minnetonka; Flagship Corporate Center, a 138,000-sf multi-tenant office building in Eden Prairie, MN; and Computer Network Technology's 200,000-sf headquarters facility in Plymouth, MN.

He was instrumental in the development of the 1 million sf build-to-suit deal for American Express in downtown Minneapolis and played an active development role in the 1.5 million sf Best Buy headquarters project under construction in Richfield, MN.
