Based in Raleigh, NC, INC bought Austin-based Tanistry Inc. about a year ago. Its offices had been at 2499 S. Capital of Texas Highway. John Hanly, a broker with the Austin office of Staubach Co. represented INC in the transaction.
The company says it is nearing completion of the move of its offices in Charlottesville, VA and its headquarters in Raleigh into more than 21,000 sf of new space. INC also has offices in San Diego and Bridgewater, NJ.
Overall, the company expects to not quite double its staff from the current 160 employees within a year, a company insider tells GlobeSt.com. In Austin, the company has grown from six employees earlier this year to 17 now and should grow to about 30 in the next year, the insider says.
INC provides the pharmaceutical industry with product development and data services. The Austin operation focuses on developing products affecting the central nervous system.
