The unnamed seller was represented by attorney Robert F. Spencer of Westfield, NJ. The attorney for the purchaser was John Skolnick, Millburn, NJ.
Also in Roselle, the 58-unit Villa Nueva Apartments has changed hands. The seller, who originally bought the property from Gebroe-Hammer in 1994, was represented by Cohn. The buyer was represented by attorney Theresa O'Connor of Montclair, NJ.
