The unnamed buyer was represented by attorney Daniel Roy of Maplewood, NJ.The first Roselle sale involved Amsterdam Gardens, a 21-unit brick garden apartment complex. The unnamed seller was represented by attorney Robert F. Spencer of Westfield, NJ. The attorney for the purchaser was John Skolnick, Millburn, NJ.

Also in Roselle, the 58-unit Villa Nueva Apartments has changed hands. The seller, who originally bought the property from Gebroe-Hammer in 1994, was represented by Cohn. The buyer was represented by attorney Theresa O'Connor of Montclair, NJ.
