Donaldson June has been appointed commissioner of corporate affairs. The organization will help small business development, as well as oversee commercial real estate development projects. Vicki White, economic development director of the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe, says advantages for new businesses locating on the reservation include no business taxes andcommercial zoning already has been established.
