The project has had a decidedly slow evolution. The first phase was finished 12 years ago--in 1989--and includes one three-story and one six-story building totaling more than 170,000 sf of class A office space. Construction of the third phase is scheduled to begin within the next year and will include a three-story, 60,000-sf building.
Tucker Sadler Noble Castro Architects, the project designer, was responsible for construction documents and construction administration. "The hallmark of the design is the extensive use of rich Italian green-granite cladding combined with signature green glazing of the office windows," says Arturo Castro, president of the San Diego-based architecture firm.
