The condominiums range from 1,788 sf to more than 3,800 sf, many with dens, gourmetkitchens and balconies. Prices range from $600,000 to $2.8 million per unit.
The largest new project, the Willits will have a concierge, a health club and a lap pool. The ground floor will have retail stores and a restaurant. Parking will be under the building. There are also private penthouse condos, with outdoor decks and private elevators.
A topping off ceremony was held Oct. 18. The condominium project will open in thespring. The condos are 70% sold, company officials say. The officials did not release construction costs.
