The 80,000 sf, four-story atrium office building is located at 10509 Vista Sorrento Parkway in the Sorrento Mesa area of San Diego fronting Interstate 805. The lease transaction is valued at $2.4 million.

The leading global manufacturer of tissue, personal care and health care products, Kimberly-Clark will occupy their new product sales office Dec. 1.
