Princeton Optronics, which makes telecom-grade fiber optic components, relocated from nearby Princeton Junction. C&W's Jon Marks and Joe Sarno represented the tenant, while Fennelly & Co. represented the property owner, Net Lease Capital Advisors.

Also, Marks, Sarno and Jeremy Neuer represented ComTec Inc. in its lease expansion and long-term extension at 4-6 Just Rd. in Fairfield, NJ. The software company expanded by 10,000 sf to occupy the entire 27,000-sf building. The property is owned by Ice Associates.

Representing property owner Chelsfield Management, Marks also negotiated the long-term lease renewal by Mazda Motor of America of its administrative offices at the 200,000-sf Vantage Court in Franklin Twp., NJ. Mazda, which has extended for 16,000 sf, was represented by CB Commercial.

Finally, two Siemens groups have leased a total of just over 11,000 sf at two locations. Siemens Procurement & Logistics has subleased 8,000 sf at 100 Wood Ave. South in Woodbridge, NJ; and Siemens Information and Communication Networks Group has leased 3,200 sf at 202 Carnegie Center in West Windsor, NJ. The latter property is owned by Boston Properties.
