Stella represented American Summit in the transaction. The terms were not disclosed.
The company is now projecting it will outgrow its current space by the first quarter of 2002, and last week signed a lease for the entire third floor of the building. American Summit will take possession of the additional 20,000 sf in March. The space canaccommodate about 100 more employees. The office complex is located at Interstate 394 and General Mills Boulevard.
American Summit is based is the Twin Cities and is one of the state's largest mortgage company. It also has offices in Eden Prairie, MN, and Arden Hills, MN.
