In an unrelated lease, Howard Insurance Group is taking 1,012 sf of office space at the Onyx One building, located at 17225 El Camino Real in Houston. Coy Davidson of Colliers International represented the tenant. The building owner, Onyx One Partnership, used an in-house broker to negotiate the lease.
