Roth recently sold the dealership back to GM.
Bozarth also plans to spend $2 million over the next two years to double the size of the service area and expand the used-car operation. He also plans to double the sales force to 35 from 17.
The purchase makes Bozarth one of the 10 largest car and truck dealers in Colorado.
