"They decided to reposition themselves because of stores like Target and Kohls," Aidan Murray, leasing broker for the Grossman Companies, tells GlobeSt.com. The Grossman Companies redeveloped the 108,000-sf plaza, which it acquired as a speculative purchase over a year ago. Price Rite Supermarket is the plaza's other anchor tenant, with 33,000 sf, and other tenants include the U. S. Post Office, Compass Bank and Family Dollar, a national discount chain. About 23,000 sf are still available.

The plaza is located on 14.7 acres at the intersection of Route 44 and Rte. 114A here about a quarter mile from the Rhode Island border.
