Come February, the homebuilder be operating out of the Raintree Corporate Center phase I, located at 15333 N. Pima Rd. Pulte Homes will be relocating from a Phoenix office building at 10201 S. 51st St. A CB Richard Ellis source says the 27,821-sf two-suite deal represents a definite expansion for the homebuilder, which was taken over in May in a $1.8-billion merger with Phoenix's Del Webb Corp.
Tom Adelson of CB Richard Ellis' Phoenix office represented Pulte Homes. Nathan & Associates of Scottsdale negotiated for the building owner, SCC 1 LP of Scottsdale. Cavan Investments manages Raintree Corporate Center phase I and outsources the leasing assignment to CB Richard Ellis.
