The tract of land is located within the Randolph Commerce Center, which is located in the Route 10 corridor of Morris County. Carco, based in Randolph, plans to build a speculative light industrial building on the site, although no details were disclosed.
The recent sale marks the seventh such transaction arranged at Randolph Commerce Center by Delaware Hudson Realty Group. Companies that have developed new building there recently include Rockaway Bedding, Graebel Movers, Mastercool USA and County Landscaping.
