Ronnie Martin of Hines negotiated the lease for building owner, Transco Tower Ltd. The class A Williams Tower, formerly called Transco Tower, was developed by Hines in 1983.
In Port Arthur, TX, David L. Barry bought a 7,469-sf building leased long-term to Blockbuster video. Port Arthur Holdings Ltd. is the seller.
Christopher D. Winters in the Houston office of Colliers International represented the seller. Mike Jenkins of Coldwell Banker Commercial Bob Bernhardt Associates of Vancouver, WA handled talks for the buyer. The brokers could not be reached by press time for details of the transaction.
