Howard Weinberg and Matthew Turse of the Parsippany office of Colliers Houston & Co. represented Thebault in the transaction. The terms were not disclosed.
In a separate transaction, L.P. Thebault itself leased 14,400 sf in a nearby building, with Weinberg and Turse brokering the transaction on behalf of the owner, Tower Walsh Associates. L.P. Thebault will use the new facility for paper storage.
Fox Hill Industrial Park began construction in the early 1960's after the site was assembled by Colliers Houston. Today, it consists of more than 1.5 million sf of space, occupied largely by divisions of Fortune-sized companies.
