The International Property Corporation of Toronto, Canada owns the mall. Property manager Karen MacKinnon tells Globest. Kohl's has requested to occupy the space starting in April of 2002. Kohl's has more than 300 stores in 26 states and plans to add at least 30 stores in the Northeast.
