Thor Construction specializes in general contracting, site development, constructionmanagement, and design-build. The company has done numerous projects over the years for the University of Minnesota. Thor recently won a $19-million contract at Fort McCoy, WI. The company also has offices in Duluth, MN, where it does all the projects at theDuluth Air Force Base, as well as offices in Atlanta and Las Vegas.
Copeland lives with his wife and five children in West Bloomington, MN.
