The facility will be the headquarters for Young Americans Bank, Young AmeriTowne, International Towne and other financial and economic programs for youths.
Root Rosenman Architects and Jim Johnson Architects designed the building.
Etkin Skanska Construction Co. is the general contractor.
Etkin is providing educational opportunities throughout the construction period of designing through an "Economics of Construction" class. The monthly program, which follows all aspects of constructing a building, was developed for high school and college age students.
