The project is being financed with a loan from First Union National Bank in the amount of $22.3 million, or $76,370 per unit. Michael Greenberg and Harry L. Posin are the Minto Villaggio executives. Minto Builders is the contractor on the job. Miramar is approximately 20 miles northwest of downtown Miami.
