Kalmar RT Center, which makes products for military use, leased the space from Real Cold Products. Bob Trevinio of the San Antonio office of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented Real Cold Products in the transaction. The industrial park is in the northern San Antonio suburb of Cibolo.
In another deal, Dewied International leased 6,402 sf at 4211 Director in Director Industrial Park I in San Antonio's northeast submarket. Joe Carroll of the San Antonio office of Grubb & Ellis has represented Dewied. The building owner is Lend Lease Real Estate Investments. Dewied, based in San Antonio, makes natural sausage casings. It also has operations in Wisconsin, Canada, Mexico, Finland, France, Germany and Argentina
