The local Chamber of Commerce and Maryland's governor have officially commended KSI for its efforts to help rejuvenate the area. Bethesda Commons, Fallswood Commons, Lakewood Commons and Woodside Crossing are among the apartment communities that KSI has purchased and restored in Montgomery County.
