Situated across from popular multi-use complex Dulles Town Center, the buildings were built in 1986 and 1989, respectively. "The quality of the viable space in 10 and 14 Pidgeon Hill Dr., combined with their premier location and strong amenity base, make the buildings a very attractive option for tenants requiring immediate space," Advantis Associate John Dettleff says.

The spaces currently available have been open for about two months. Dettleff tells GlobeSt.Com that owner, Asset Capital Corp., is "willing to be flexible with some of the spaces in the building." Dettleff explains, "some tenants want to increase their space and some want to condense, so eventually, there will be more opportunity at those buildings." Much of the available space is "turnkey" office space and ready for immediate use.
