The project is being built by Bishop's Gate's owner/developer, Liberty Property Trust. The Malvern, PA-based company has its New Jersey offices in Marlton, also in the southern part of the state.
Cendant Mortgage already has a significant presence in Bishop's Gate Corporate Center. When the new building is completed, it will combine with two nearby existing buildings to bring the company's space to more than 650,000 sf. Cendant will use the new building to house employees that will be moved here from other facilities, and "to accommodate new growth," according to a company spokesperson.
