The firm has signed a one-year lease for 5,000-sf in the 10,000-sf warehouse property. Jim Pipkin of Grubb & Ellis Co.'s San Antonio office represented the building owner, Mojave Properties of San Antonio. Ty Bragg of Cavender & Hill in San Antonio sealed the deal for the tenant.

In another Grubb & Ellis brokered deal, San Marcos Neurology Associates has taken 1,000 sf of office space at Starcrest Village, located at 2379 NE Loop 410. The firm moves in Jan. 1 in a five-year deal negotiated on its behalf by Steve Thurlow of Downtown Real Estate. Ben Gallagher of Grubb & Ellis represented the building owner, Trend Land Development. The signing takes the estimated 20,000-sf, 26-year-old office building to 65% occupancy.
