The state has awarded the company $9.9 million in Single Business Tax credits at the Wyoming facility, and $6.4 million in SBT credits for the Adrian complex. The company plans on reconstructing, expanding and renovating its facilities, improving infrastructure and purchasing new equipment.
The company's products include computer chips, smart sensors, telecommunications equipment and mechanical components.
The city of Wyoming is also approving a $1.5 million tax abatement over 12 years for Delphi. Adrian plans to do the same for its facility.
