GVA Williams recently closed a number of leases at the asset, including a new lease of 30,000 sf for MetLife Securities. Recent lease renewals include Merck & Co., which re-upped for 47,000 sf; Care Advantage (30,000 sf); and Amerihealth (20,000 sf).

"The leasing momentum at Woodbridge Corporate Plaza is an indication of the fundamental strength of the Central New Jersey office market," according to Jeffrey Schotz, executive managing officer for GVA Williams of New Jersey. The firm has its headquarters in Parsippany.

Located on Route 1, the property has access to the Garden State Parkway, Route 27 and I-287. The Metropark train station is nearby as well.
