Christian Praise and Worship's 10-acre acquisition is located at 11722 Veterans Memorial near FM 1960. Keith K. Edwards and Keith P. Grothaus, both of Houston-based Caldwell Watson Real Estate Group, negotiated the deal. JML Properties is the seller of the land. Christian Praise and Worship currently is located at 9707 Sweetwater Lane near US Highway 45 and Texas 249, also in northwest Houston. Neither Edwards nor Grothaus were available for comment before press time.
HD Management Group Inc. purchased seven acres at the intersection of Wortham and Crossroads. Grothaus handled the transaction for the seller, 290 Crossroads LP. HD Management Group offices at 1260 Blalock Rd. near US Highway 10 and Greens Road in Houston.
