The Madison, WI-based retailer signed a long-term lease for 9,600 sf. The signing took the center to upward of 95% leased, Tom Woods of Colliers International's Phoenix office tells GlobeSt.com. Famous Footwear, owned by Brown Group Retail, grabbed a key spot with Nordstrom's Rack as its immediate neighbor.

Woods represented Famous Footwear and center owner, San Tan Festival LLC. The center was developed by Phoenix-based Westcor and is a sister property to the Chandler Fashion Mall, which boasts 1.3 million sf of retail. The mall is positioned at the southwest corner of the Price Freeway section of Loop 101 and Chandler Boulevard. Its The anchor line-up is Nordstrom, Robinson's-May, Dillard's and Sears plus 160 other stores and restaurants and a 20-screen movie theater. It's the first regional mall to be opened in the Valley in nearly a decade and it's transformed Chandler into a thriving destination point for shoppers.
