The 43-unit multifamily complex is located at 11500 Colima Rd. in Whittier. The property, known as Candlewood Apartments, has been snatched up by private investors Russell & Marcia Bill.
The buyers were represented by Juan Cardenas of Remax. Jay Skenderian and Ken Morgan of Morgan Skenderian acted on behalf of the seller, Colima Road Properties LLC of Corona del Mar.
This sale marks the third multifamily transaction that Morgan Skenderian has brokered in the past few weeks. The firm, which specializes in the sale of apartment complexes throughout Southern California, recently brokered the sale of the 102-unit Cypress Gardens Apartments in Cypress for $8.5 million and the 16-unit Park Circle Apartments in Anaheim for $1.2 million.
