The sites being offered for sale are located in Cookstown, Clifton, Cranbury, Eatontown, Edison, Freehold, Newark and Wall Twp. All of them are located on major highways, according to Sauerborn, and while all eight have most recently been used as service station locations, all of them are "prime retail locations," he says.
The 46-year-old Hanson organization, which provides a range of real estate services, is one of the founding members of NAI, the international real estate service provider.
