The tenant will move in Feb. 15, Robert Buell of CarrAmerica tells GlobeSt.com. The signing takes the four-building, 500,000-sf complex to 89% occupancy. First Health's build-out begins this week at the 132,000-sf Royal Ridge Building 7 at 3625 W. Royal Lane.
CarrAmerica's 990-acre office project is about half built out. When it's done, the development will sport some 1.3 million sf of office space. CarrAmerica, which started the project in 1998, is chasing some more tenants for Royal Ridge. The development is situated at the northwest quadrant of Texas 114 and Beltline Road.
Buell represented CarrAmerica in the First Health lease. Curt Linn of Fischer & Co. in Dallas handled negotiations on the tenant's behalf.
