The business park, which sits on a 14.6-acre site, offers 180,000 sf of flex space between two buildings. "This deal," Boston Properties' Lori Sutherland says in a statement, "increases the space leased by Advantis on behalf of Boston Properties in the Springfield/Newington market to 132,000 sf." In the Washington Metro area, Boston Properties owns about 9.5 million sf of developed office space. In addition to its Atlanta headquarters, Advantis--which is the commercial real estate services arm of Jacksonville, FL-based The St. Joe Company--has offices in Florida, Virginia and North Carolina.
