Bethesda, MD's Commercial Brokers LLC and the Ross Property Group closed the deal on behalf of the cosmetics firm.</p> <p xmlns:i=\"incisive-repository\" xmlns=\"http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml\">Explaining why smaller organizations choose to rely on smaller firms like Commercial Brokers, company Vice President Nick Propps explains in a statement, \"We excel because we serve a niche market, which many mega-companies do not want to serve, or do not serve well.\" Propps says. \"In today's mega-merging corporate world, small companies seem to get lost in the shuffle. We gain many of our clients because they are tired of the poor service they received from large corporations. Some refer to it as having been trapped in a voice mail world.
