Prestige Management will utilize the building at 2 Lethbridge Plaza as an operations facility for the company's network of high-end auto dealerships in the metro New Jersey/New York area. The building is equipped with fiber optic lines and a raised floor computer area, and a parking ratio of five cars per 1,000 sf of office space.
