The open-air power center is located at the northeast corner of Loop 101 and Tatum Boulevard. The largest pact puts retailer Just for Feet into a 12,134-sf spot. Just for Feet has inked a 10-year lease as has XI Clothing, which is taking 7,689 sf. Other 10-year leases get final sign-offs from Industrial Rideshop Skateboards, 1,960 sf, and Journeys Footwear, 1,500 sf.
In 20-year deals, the Bamboo Club and TGI Friday's will take 7,000 sf and 6,500 sf respectively. Sounds Like Music will prep for an opening in 4,751 sf in a five-year lease. Also coming on board for five years is Landmark Interiors in a 3,604-sf inline space.

The Village is the centerpiece of the 110-acre Desert Ridge Marketplace, a suburban lifestyle center designed around entertainment venues, specialty retail, theme-dining eateries and an 18-screen AMC theater.
