Bradford Real Estate asked for and got a 2-acre lot split for a 4,000-sf KFC/Taco Bell/Pizza Hut and a 3,340-sf First American Bank branch with a drive-through. GPD Associates is developing the tri-plex restaurant while the bank will develop its own facility.

Plans call for access to the two buildings to be provided by a driveway from the Home Depot site at 950 Route 59, without curb cuts on heavily-traveled Route 59, which cuts through the western half of the village.
