CHICAGO-A Gas Plus station will come to the northwest corner of Madison Street and Cicero Avenue if the new owner of the property receives $1.5 million in enterprise zone facility revenue bonds.
The property, which includes .4 of an acre, is located at the northwest corner of Madison Street and Cicero Avenue.
An ordinance providing for the enterprise zone facility revenue bonds was recently introduced in the city council, where approval is expected.
