Prescott Gateway is anchored by Dillard's, Sears and JCPenney. The fourth anchor is the Village, a 500,000-sf mix of such well-known national retailers as Michaels, Linens N Things and Barnes & Noble. The power center is now 82% pre-leased, Tom Woods of Colliers International's Phoenix office, tells GlobeSt.com.
The development is "in the bullseye" of Prescott Valley and Prescott proper, Woods explains. Its location is a prime factor in the hardy leasing, with more deals in the pipeline. "We're hoping to open pretty full when March comes," he says.
