The portfolio represents a diverse group of assets in the northern and central portions of the Garden State, ranging from single-tenant distribution facilities to multi-tenant, multi-story office buildings, according to Schultz. His firm will provide the owner with day-to-day property management, leasing, construction management and repositioning services for the various properties.
Among the properties included in the deal are the Princeton Office Park, a 225,000-sf mixed-use complex located in Quakerbridge; 2 Ford Ave., a 185,639-sf office building in Milltown; 1 Apollo Dr., a 120,000-sf office and warehouse complex located in Whippany; 230-240 Davidson Ave., a 68,780-sf office/warehouse facility in Somerset; and the 64,000-sf Somerset Trade Building, an office complex located in Branchburg, Somerset County.
Also on the list of assets are 11 Industrial Ave., a 60,320-sf industrial facility sited in New Brunswick; 865 Centennial Ave., a 53,226-sf office/warehouse building nearby in Piscataway; 25 Eastmans Rd., a 45,750-sf office and warehouse facility in Hanover; the 36,000-sf Lauffer Building, an office facility in Somerset; 101 Okner Parkway, a 35,000-sf industrial building in Livingston; and the Kilmer Building, a 14,942-sf office building in Edison.
