The value of the management contract was not disclosed.

Home Depot had planned to open the 30-acre truck site in December but move the opening date ahead to February after redesigning the facility during its final construction stages. The retailer anticipates a work force of 250 over the next five years.

The distribution center will service 80 Home Depot stores throughout Florida. Saddle Creek operates a business park in Atlanta and will open a 430,500-sf property in North Ft. Worth, TX in March.
