L. Michael Wallace and Parker Johnson, both of Colliers International's Houston office, represented the building owner, San Antonio-based Koontz-McCombs 1 Ltd. John Talhelm of Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc. brokered the lease on Honeywell's behalf.
Westland Tech One is a 61,600-sf, multi-tenant building with a mix of office, service and tech space. The building, constructed in 2000, has grade-level truck loading, full sprinklers and fiber optic access.
