The event is set for Jan. 24 from 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. The panelists are Casey Wold, TrizecHahn president; Terry Considine. Aimco president and CEO; David Jacobstein, Developers Diversified Realty president and CEO; and John Seiple, ProLogis managing director and COO. "They're all eager to come to Dallas," says Linda Owen, council president. She says it was "fairly easy" to reschedule the original power-broker panel once a day could be determined that fit everyone's schedule. Upward of 500 council members are expected to sign up for the annual forum.
"These Changing Times" will focus on the pros and cons of fiscal restraint versus new growth opportunities in today's economic climate. The leading executives will explain the play being lobbed by their respective companies. The panel members also will make their calls for this year's commercial real estate market.
