Studley Signs Four Leases Totaling 114,000 SF

URS was represented in all three by Jack Feeney, managing director, Adam Singer, senior managing director and Robert Bull and Laurent Myers, corporate managing directors in the Edison office of Julien J. Studley, Inc. Mack-Cali Realty, owner of all three properties, was represented in-house.

In another deal brokered by Studley, the New York Shipping Association has taken 18,000 sf at 100 Wood Ave. in Iselin, NJ. The organization, which was displaced from 2 World Trade Center on Sept. 11, serves shipping industry personnel in New York and New Jersey. Feeney, along with Studley senior managing director Robert Goodman and managing director Phil Lipper represented the NYSA. Building owner The Hemisphere Group was represented by GVA Williams.
