In the first transaction, the company took 40,000 sf for its executive offices and warehouse space at M. Alfieri Co.'s Central Business Campus here. ClientLogic also took 30,000 sf in Clifton, NJ for use as a call center.
The company had occupied space at another location in Clifton for some 20 years, expanding to the two new locations with the signings. The CRESA Partners/NJ team consisted of James Scancarella, principal, and Daniel Tichio, vice president, in conjunction with Adam Faulk of Jackson Cooksey, Dallas.
"We devised a two-tier strategy to satisfy their requirements for executive and call center space," according to Douglas H. Haynes, managing principal at CRESA Partners/NJ. He notes that the site selection process took approximately a year and a half to complete.
ClientLogic is an infrastructure service company that provides customer service solutions, fulfillment, marketing and other services. A subsidiary of Canada's Onex Corp., ClientLogic operates in 55 facilities in 11 countries.
