Marc Pierce of Lee & Associates Arizona in Phoenix says the site is an expansion for the firm, which leases 80,000 sf in Phoenix. Pierce structured the lease for the building owner, Mesa Industrial Center Complex LLC. Bob Giguere of Valley Commercial in Mesa represented the tenant.
The free-standing building is located in East Mesa near the Falcon Field Airport. "It's a pretty good market," Pierce says. The industrial space was on the market for two months as a result of Continental Industries, an electronics manufacturer, retreating to its homeport of Canada.
